Ruby Modine (born July 31, 1990) is an American actress, singer and dancer, best known for her role as Sierra in the US TV show Shameless.[2][3] She also co-stars in the 2017 horror film Happy Death Day.[4]

Personal lifeEdit

Modine is the daughter of Caridad Rivera, a makeup and wardrobe stylist, and actor Matthew Modine.[5] Her mother and grandmother are Puerto Rican.[6] She has a brother named Boman[6] who is an assistant director for films.

CareerEdit

Modine was cast as Sierra, one of the new waitresses at Patsy Pies managed by Fiona, in the seventh season of Shameless.[7] On November 8, 2016, she was cast to co-star in the film Happy Death Day starring Jessica Rothe and Israel Broussard.[8]
